1
What time is the pick up/drop off?
We inform you of the pick-up and drop-off schedule one day in advance. The schedule depends on your pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the trails we’ll be using and the activities planned afterward.
The estimated pick-up time is between 8 am and 9 am, and the estimated drop-off time is between 1 pm and 2 pm.
2
Do the prices include transport?
Yes, it includes two-way transport, to and from your home.
3
How long is the session/How long do you walk?
The transport duration depends on traffic conditions and the schedule for that day. We inform you of the pick-up and drop-off schedule one day in advance.
The duration of the outdoor activities depends on the dogs' fitness levels and the weather on that day. On average, we walk them for 60 to 90 minutes (with breaks if needed) before letting them either run free and socialise at the dog run, walk freely on a long line, or continue our structured pack walk for another 20 to 30 minutes.
4
What do we need to prepare for our dog?
Nothing! We provide the leashes, beds, water, and treats. Please let us know if you have any preferences, special requests, or if your dog has any allergies.
4
What if the dogs fight?
As always, there is a chance of a scuffle, but we minimise this risk by ensuring that every dog who joins the pack goes through an assessment beforehand. We also separate the reactive dogs from the others to further reduce the chance of a fight. At all times, at least one of us is watching them.
4
How do you prevent heat stroke?
We walk them as early as possible, starting our days at 7 am. We also walk them in shady areas whenever we can. We take frequent breaks, and water is always available to them.
